Modernizing Municipal Buildings
Many municipal buildings are outdated and in need of costly repairs, but often communities lack dedicated funding to update, modernize, and replace them. This webinar is an opportunity to learn about the innovative strategies that community leaders across Southeast Michigan are using to revitalize aging facilities. Local leaders will share how they have successfully developed or redeveloped public buildings to better meet the needs of their communities.
Locals Lead!
This webinar is being hosted as part of SEMCOG’s Locals Lead Initiative, which showcases the vital role that local leaders have in adopting innovative and collaborative approaches that foster resilient, vibrant communities. The Locals Lead Initiative offers practical training on successfully dealing with challenging issues by underscoring the value of collaboration, partnerships, and civility in local government.
